Payments:

All purchases must be paid in full at the time of booking unless a payment plan or subscription is clearly offered.

Where payment plans are offered, you agree to complete all instalments.

Subscriptions (including memberships) renew automatically at the agreed frequency until cancelled in line with our cancellation terms.

Failure to complete payments may result in suspension of access without refund.

Digital Products: Due to the nature of instant access, all sales are final (subject to rights under Australian Consumer Law).

Results Disclaimer: Our services are designed to support personal growth, but outcomes cannot be guaranteed. Your results depend on your individual circumstances and engagement.


5. Refund Policy

We are committed to delivering high-quality services and resources.

Digital Products & Self-Paced Resources: No refunds once purchased, unless required under Australian Consumer Law.

Services: No refunds for change of mind. If you cannot continue, contact us promptly. At our discretion, we may offer a credit or partial refund.

Workshops & Events: Cancellations within 14 days of the event are non-refundable. Earlier cancellations may be considered case by case.

Live Courses: Refunds for live courses are within 7 days of the first call unless otherwise specified.


6. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality in line with professional ethical standards.

Personal information shared in therapy, coaching, or group settings will not be disclosed outside the service container without your consent, unless required by law (e.g., risk of harm or mandatory reporting obligations in South Australia).

Participants in group programs must also respect confidentiality to protect the safety of all involved.

Please note that while we take all reasonable precautions, the use of online platforms carries inherent risks that you accept by engaging in our services.


7. Client Responsibilities

By engaging with our services, you agree to:

Attend sessions punctually and give adequate notice of changes

Ensure payment details are current and funds are available

You acknowledge that our services do not replace medical, psychological, or psychiatric care.

We provide ethical, professional services underpinned by qualifications in psychotherapy, counselling, and psychosomatic therapy.

Scope of Services:

Psychotherapy & Counselling: Delivered in line with Australian professional standards.

Coaching, Advisory, and Educational Services: Designed to complement, not replace, medical or psychiatric care.

Not a Substitute for Medical or Emergency Care: Our services are not a replacement for:

Psychiatric treatment

Diagnosis of mental health disorders
