Hi, I am Rebecca.

I specialise in the lived experience of neurodivergence, trauma and challenging life events.

One thing I see repeatedly in the mental health space is support that predominantly helps you to cope, meet societal expectations and return to baseline.

The difference with the Sanctum is how we get into the root of your struggles using a holistic approach, to support you to make changes that are permanent, long lasting and awaken new possibilities for you in your life.

People often see hopelessness and despair in times of great change. Pressure can feel inescapable and overwhelming. It can all feel too much and impossible. And that is when you are perfectly positioned to find untapped potential within yourself. Often on this kind of quest to change something in your life, you need the right kind of support, wisdom and guidance.

You are a sovereign adult with the ability to determine your own fate. Instead of focusing on what you can't do, we will focus on what you can do. This grows your skill and enhances your individuality.

2. radical compassion

Self actualisation is a powerful way to change your life, and it begins with thinking well and having compassion for self. This does not mean emotions are repressed, it means the focus we give them changes, so that you can trust and believe in yourself.

3. Maintain a state of curiosity as #1 priority

Curiosity is the psychological state that strengthens the bridge between your body, mind and spirit. Without it we are surviving with limited resources. Knowing how to always return to a state of curiosity instantly sparks change.

4. 110% effort for the things we gaf about

You are an active participant. Life will require you to put effort into it. Waiting for or expecting something outside of you to change is to live in limbo, rather than act as the living bridge between reality and the dream.

I'm beck

My passion is human behaviour and psychology, and its interplay with soma and spirit.

I didn’t plan on becoming a psychotherapist.

I just wanted to feel free.

Free to express.

Free to play.

Free to walk my path.

Free to do my souls work.

Turns out a lot of people want that same thing.

For much of my life I felt limited and trapped by the reality I found myself in, like I was playing small somehow and unable to really let rip on what I was capable of. I wasn’t born into a life that set me up for success, and my foundations for life were full of pain and struggle.

This forced me to face the impossible, and choose it. To learn how to break through limitations, bend the rules and make magic happen.

Understanding how to choose the impossible and take action on it, is what has allowed me to:

  • Successfully self employed for 20+ years

  • Evolve through many iterations of my life without having to go through crisis to experience change

  • Be a single mother supporting 3 children and still travelling the world and feeling personally fulfilled

  • Meet and eventually marry a man who fully backs me and my vision for life

  • Upskill and grow my gifts, including completing a Masters Degree to become a qualified psychotherapist and becoming a shamanic apprentice in the Twisted Hairs lineage

  • Find my people and cultivate a rich community and diverse world to live within

  • Develop a unique therapeutic style that bridges the gap between traditional talk therapy and alternative methodologies

  • Support more people than I could possibly count over 13 countries

And I am just getting started.
